- Review of the statement of requirements provided by the Client
- Analysis of information provided by the Client, including:
- Conditions or methods of operations
- technical and economic feasibility
- location of the Project, and
- similar matters
- Establish the sizes, capacity, location, method of operation and other principal features which form the basis for the design of a proposed Project
- Analysis of expert and specialist studies prepared in support of theConceptual Design Service
- Evaluation of alternatives
- Preparation of concept sketches and developing specification notes
- Preparation of a Project brief outlining the relevant criteria to be followed in preliminary and detailed design Services
- Submission of conceptual design and Project brief for review and approval by Client
