- This residential structure features a row of semi-detached homes. Three stories constructed of conventional wood and steel framing on concrete foundations.
East York multi-unit residential structure 2.
- This residential structure features an “L” shaped building with 3 stories along one leg and 4 stories along the other leg. The proposed structure shall be constructed of conventional wood/steel framing supported on a reinforced concrete transfer deck over a parking garage below grade. The foundations are conventional reinforced concrete foundation walls and footings.
