  • The structure is a two storey structure with a full basement. The main building structure is constructed of conventional steel beams and columns. The roof system is constructed of a metal deck on open web steel roof joists and the main and second floors are constructed of hollow core precast concrete planks. The foundations are conventional reinforced concrete foundation walls and footings.
